Obama appears to be scandal free because the lame stream press covers for him. They present him as one who turn water in to wine and walk on water. If a Republican President was the bugger liar Obama is the press would have torn him to shreds. You would be saying that this President was the most scandal ridden in history. The Demonrat propaganda machine has done a great job. The American public has no idea who Obugger is. I know, I know, I just say that because he is half black.
