<Are there any new thoughts on the new releases expected?> I'm not sure what you mean by "releases". M3 is working on a research report that will be released in the near future. The Form 10 filing to SEC is in the works. The formal agreement between Coconino and M3 is slated iin early January. <Weren't there publications that were suppose to come out on the 15th.> As far as the Dec 15, the state of Utah is currently reviewing the application for Class V certification for EnviroTec well. A mid December date was tentatively estimated; the review is still on-going however. Dependiing on when you received them, the current financials are AUDITED to the best of my knowledge. The numbers are not materially different I have been told. As long as the day traders and MMs are lurking, volatility will be present. We continue to await the arrival of a pro-CSMA MM to provide support to the price. TG
