Eman, I do recall that the incidence of priapism was low with Vitaros. It was the mention of using it in the prescribed manner (no more than once daily and/or no more than 3 times a week) to mitigate the chances of developing priapism, that got my attention. I had assumed that the reason for such a limitation was based on the potential for skin irritation at the application site, but the reason given for the limitation in the 2 articles was to prevent the potential for priapism. I was trying to point to the notion that Vitaros, even as one little dab of cream, must be very potent, if that is their reason for the precaution. I view that as positive support that the skin permeation enhancer, and Vitaros as a whole, must work well.

Regarding Canada and the US, I'm placing my bets on Mexico first :)
