So Bush signs a law that preempts state and local gun laws and allows the Big Old Federal Government to decide who can carry a gun. George Bush says that Washington DC is better equipped to handle gun laws than state and local communities.

Why are the hypocritical rightwing nutcases adamant about the rights of states and local communities...EXCEPT for a federal law that gives them more freedom to pack around a gun from state to state?
