Your wrong about the EU as I have pointed out, and backed up with facts, multiple times. But none of that is relevant right now. The discussion wasn't about the EU. The discussion was about the economy in the US. The economy has improved but as I stated - There was "Nothing special or unusually good about that, esp. since it improved at a slower rate than normal in recoveries."

And what you simply refuse to acknowledge is that the US economy has recovered despite the fact that the EU and Japanese economies have not while Russia has gone into deep recession and the Chinese economy continues to be in the doldrums. Other than the US, the major economies of the world are not doing well. And yet, the recovery in the US continues. Suck on that.
