That 'no negotiating drug prices' was required to get the the two Republican votes needed to pass the ACA. We should negotiate a standard payment schedule for all drugs and procedures, but this is rejected by Republicans. Want some real change? A chance at cost containment and reduction? Get Republicans out of the picture.
