Happy 4th of July to all our friends, followers and fellow rum lovers! We couldn't celebrate today without a boozy and easy recipe so please enjoy. If you make this, post it on social media and tag us so we can see the result! 4th of July Daiquiri Ice Cream (For Adults Only!) Super easy, delicious, boozy and low in carbs - it doesn’t get any better than this. ... Prep time: 10 minutes Ready In: 3,5 hours Serves: 6 INGREDIENTS ½ Cup of Fresh Lime Juice (about 4 limes) 4 Tbsp. of Splenda (or granulated sugar if you prefer) 2 oz. of Blue Water Ultra Premium Rum (or other white rum) 1 ¼ cups of Heavy Cream DIRECTIONS Prepare the “Daiquiri” by mixing the first three ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip Heavy Cream until it has soft peaks. Pour the Daiquiri mix in slowly while still whisking. The mixture is ready when the cream still shows soft peaks after being diluted. Pour into plastic container, put in freezer and let sit for about 3 hours or until desired consistency. Serve with fresh berries and a glass of spiced rum!
