I have loved my trips to Cuba. I especially loved the hospitality of the poor farmer peasants as they welcomed us to their homes. Of course, we travelled freely through the countryside. And we always left school supplies, toiletries, etc. for the children and the parents.
The communism preached by the early Christians about giving everything away and becoming brothers might sound very nice! But in practice, Communism is all about force, subjugation, and the exploitation of others. Of course, people in the "Party" would have the benefits of economic resources and the favors and privilege of the inner circle. But the "proletariat" are poor, suffering, and exploited. They did not have the freedom to travel outside the island. And they must utilise the black market for anything outside of basic needs. And yet, they have good hearts, and they have their hopes and their dreams and a goat in the yard.
It is wrong for you to hate the people the way you do. You ought to hate the system and the elite government officials that use ideological pretense to rob the citizens of their human rights. Of course, you know that I have echoed the values of Ayn Rand on these threads for 15 years or so, in despising the Communist exploitation of human beings. If that was all there was to being a Republican (embracing the capitalist ideal), then I guess I would be a Republican! But unfortunately, Republicans believe in a lot of crap and hold a lot of immoral values--which is why I do not have any political affiliation! I take the best from each and leave the worse.
Like Christianity and Islam, Communism is an ideology which is self-serving and immoral. It is just another "Chosen People" expression of tribal superiority and elitism. This is why you 3 groups are always at war. You all want to be the ones with the power to exploit and debase others. You pretend to be god's little helper. But we know who you are helping! All you and the Communists want is more sheep to fleece!

Free thinkers are not "dupes". That is an ignorant thing to say. Free thinkers expose the nakedness of the ideologues who base an entire social system on superstition, fancy, imagination, ignorance, arrogance, force--and outright lies. You are the DUPE. You are a primitive and undeveloped human who was born centuries past your time...
