Relative to '06 very top I would say ~20% less. Funny the realtor we're going to choose came back and said the market is so hot right she raised the ask $10k, in like 5 days. But... we've got all the best schools in the area and she says if you can't close by the start of school the price will go back down.

She's got somebody looking this afternoon, before it's listed or we even signed with her.
