Please no nail biting over the PE ratio. ASND, CSCC,
FORE and others had triple digit PE's when they IPO'ed
two years ago.

As for the additional shares upon expiration of the lockup,
this can cause some minor price movements but should not
be a factor in avoiding purchase now. I remember when
Morgan Stanley gave the OK to ASND to release shares before
the lock up. The stock went down a few points, but two years later
it is up 6000%.
