Jim Bowden Issues Second Warning in Regards to Alien Agenda Presently Operating within the United States.

California - Jim Bowden was given an audience of Council members to plead the case for all living human beings.
He was approached telepathically while sunning himself in his front yard. It was quite a surprise - because the representative Council member did not even introduce himself.
There aren't any female Council members.
Even though the Council had already judged humans to be an insane species, Mr. Bowden was given thirty minutes to make his case.
The fact is the Greys are responsible for making humans appear insane due to their relentless mental influence which is directed at our worldwide leadership and our police.
The final straw that broke the camel's back wasn't any kind of war or any other similar atrocity but it was the beating of handcuffed women by our own kind which was the deciding factor for the Council. The police brutality that now exists in the United States isn't acceptable anywhere. Therefore, being the world's superpower, we were rightfully judged to be an insane species.
Mental influence is a justifiable weapon if all parties are capable of exercising their particular brand of mind control on one another.
We, the humans of planet Earth, haven't a clue how to go about influencing any extraterrestrial species whatsoever. Therefore the game is entirely rigged and isn't even close to being fair.
Mr. Bowden asked for three years to prove our innocence and to prove that we were initially misjudged. To his, and the Atlanteans, surprise he was granted five years by the Council members. Atlanteans are not extraterrestrial. They're from Atlantis.
Bowden was recently knocked down by a car in California, just like Harvard Psychiatrist Dr. John E. Mack (also the author of two books on alien abduction) – proof of aliens’ strong mental influence, and their knowledge that every word in Bowden’s book is true. Unlike Dr. Mack, Bowden survived his ordeal.
“The aliens tried to kill me as they knew how close I am to the truth. They didn’t want me to be around to elaborate on the subject matter at hand. However, they failed,” explains Bowden.
But is it true that extraterrestrials could be about to end humanity?
There's no way of knowing but we do know that our police do, in fact, beat handcuffed women and perform unspeakable acts on others of their kind.
