Clearly a victory for AVNT! Any idea whether Apollo was really digned in a clean room? This is the key issue for a re-rating of the company. If Apollo is really clean, the latest ruling buys AVNT enough time to transition to the new product without any substantial adverse financial impact. In which case the stock heads for 40 - a handsome double and worth digging around a little bit more! On the other hand, what is AVNT worth if an injunction is eventually put on Apollo? My guess is about 10.
