One less talked about drag for CBI is the angst around the temporary renewal for the Ex-Im bank charter. Of course, I'm sure alternatives are being developed for any company dependent on Ex-Im guarantees, so maybe a temporary extension is all that is needed. Definitely time to make the service, which Ex-Im provides, private.
