Maybe Buffet will provide a line of credit for them to finance their deals. He has lots of extra capital and a deal w/ Ex-Im Bank, Buffet, CBI and their clients. Looking at CBI too. Selling at a 27% discount to it's Graham valuation of $57.88/share.
