Yum, hope everything was great - I know it was! I roasted a frozen Porthouse steak last night - took 30 min in my pressure oven and saved the fillet for the frau when she can eat it. It turned out great - no seasoning and no nothing on it. Sometimes I wonder if we don't just screw things up by using a bunch of spices and marinades on our food?
