Of course! I observed the huge non-English speaking broods for years when I worked with the public.

Several hospitals in the LA area have closed down because of the influx of pregnant Mexican women coming over the border to have little new US citizens.

Now, we are treated to hearing them speak Mexican in public, even the clerks at Nob Hill -- who all speak English well, do it just because our leaders say they can.

White US citizens mostly limit their families, so ALL population GROWTH in California is from immigrants -- of all third-world stripes.
