I like my steak med-rare. Is that possible when you cook one with a pressure cooker?

Dinner turned out good last night. I was a little disappointed with the beans...........I think they were beyond their prime. Not sure what kind they were.............a neighbor bot and planted the seed........will ask him next time I see him. First I steamed them until almost done, then I stir fried them with some bacon bits that I bot at Costco.

I have a Copper River filet in the fridge that I'm going to cook tonight.

My father was a commercial Salmon fisherman for yrs.

This was his favorite recipe for preparing salmon.

1 filet of salmon
1 C bottled teriyaki sauce
1/2 C honey
dash of liquid smoke

Mix teriyaki sauce, honey and liquid smoke.
Marinade filet in sauce for 2-3 hours.
Broil approx 8 minutes per side or until done.

You have to watch the fish and test it a couple of times during the cooking process. When done, it turns out to be very moist and has a slight smokey/sweet flavor.

It is so good, we gobble it up.
