Hi Murrey,

The only ingredient in the list that I don't have is shallots. We're going to a bbq on Saturday, so I can pick some up then. I bot 4 Copper River filets from Costco the other day, so I have plenty in the freezer, will definitely try your recipe and let you know what we think.

And I'm wondering.........do you broil or grill the salmon?
