I would say for a variety of reasons:

1) fear of China... its not just the market, its real estate. Anyone who's been paying attention knows they have cities full of new but empty buildings. Add Greece and Puerto Rico. Then go to Wiki and look up debt to GDP and things get a little scary. Looking like a house of cards to some.

2) the market is looking longer term. Apple continues to grow but that's currently baked in.

3) what does Apple have that can potentially grow it a year from now? the Watch? I think there is some skepticism about that, plus there's been some potentially disappointing speculation on sales lately. Its just not a product everyone will want or need, unlike a phone. iPads aren't doing well. Computers have stalled. So there is only the phone, which is pretty baked in too. It's probably worth another 10-20% over this year but that's not guaranteed by any means. A mis-step or the competition figuring out how to leapfrog Apple might be dangerous.

4) there are a lot of new tech companies out there with huge growth potential
