Thanks for the broiled salmon recipe.... I love salmon and will try your recipe the next time I cook salmon. I have a pressure oven as well as a pressure cooker. amazon.com And you can cook anything in it you would cook in a regular oven only faster. I hardly ever use my regular oven any more... saves on electricity and is much more convenient since it sits on the counter. I have broiled salmon in it before but just plain with no seasoning or marinade... turned out well but I bet your recipe is fantastic!
