Looks OK. They want a Doc's referral, call for appt and see if they will get around it for you. Don't let them sell you a scan program. If you have a calcium score, then serial scores are a good idea to see how fast you are progressing. Ask for the name of the scanner being used. You want at least a 64 slice machine.

When I got my first one I also got a body scan that turned up a cyst on my kidney. When removed, it turned out to be malignant. Best way to find internal cysts.
