The place you want to be contacting for federal food guidelines is The Food and Saftey Inspection Service: csdl.tamu.edu Believe me when I tell you that the company is working closely with this agency to establish guidelines for the use of ozone to decontaminate all food products but especially poultry and other meats as it is very difficult to do so properly.
