I buy ICELANDIC KELP in 1000 tab bottles from Amazon.
Is this one is what you take? Dr. Davis recommends 500 mcg iodine per day so I assume you're taking 2 per day (225 mcg per tablet )? Any comments on the 3 ppm lead content or the California warning label?

My TSH has averaged 1.36 (range 1.12-1.724) over the past 15 years so I'm not sure I need to supplement iodine (Dr. Davis recommends TSH below 1.5). Would appreciate your thoughts.
