I'll simply add that there is no need to reinvent the wheel: the Core strategies still pack the greatest punch, i.e., grain elimination, carb management, vitamin D, fish oil, mind the T3 as well as other thyroid measures, cultivation of bowel flora. That last item--cultivation of bowel flora--by the way, is especially crucial for apo E4 people, as you can experience major drops in LDL values, as well as sitosterol (which is often highish in apo E4).
