here is the info. I googled both of the addresses, one is a condo the other a townhouse. Note Rod Peterson does not show up as a shareholder or officer or director. Since the press release alludes to him starting up a new company, he is nowhere to be found on official documents. It was registered July 2 but why is Rod nowhere on these documents?
