answer to the 'black culture' problem in America .. Jesus Christ. Baltimore has riots and crime wave over 1 dope dealer the city sicced the police on to begin with. Charleston has 9 innocent people gunned down in a church but has no riots, stays civilized. Charleston is still too Christian culturally ... but I know you liberals intend to change that in time. The decline of Christian influence affects things for the worse and makes the country worse.
