The problem with Trump. The republican party, which(allegedly) wants to be seen as less xenophobic and nutty, has a real problem with Trump- because he energizes the xenophobic and nutty elements of the "base"- is that most of the republican party? Sometimes it seems to be. If you're old, white and scared of change- Trump probably says all the buzz words you'd like. It's all the immigrants fault (or possibly those black folks- they'd like to call them N's, but they can only do that at home). That said, they still think those brown folks (obviously they'll call them other things at home) might vote republican- because, heck, some of their best friends are brown folks! We need jobs (even though Obama did a better job on jobs than weenie shrub ever did (and of course I have a site and cite for that- see below). And how about that immigration? Yeah. Let's go there :-)

But still, Trump (Mr. Bankrupt, Mr. I can't get along with anyone) swears he'll be a jobs president. Does anyone, save for crazed out of touch losers on the right, believe him? He's a nut, plain and simple (or maybe that's actually an insult to nuts). Trump is, quite possible, the most bizarre candidate I've ever seen- and should you meet someone who takes him seriously, remember them and avoid them- because there is something seriously wrong with that person. Trump- quite possibly the litmus test candidate for mentally ill, or mentally handicapped, voters. |
