A recipe for disaster no doubt . Our 'friends' in the left don't see it today in the age of Obama, the chosen one. Our 'friends' on the right never saw it back in 2005-07 either.. I have learned it is useless to debate ideologically pure partisan hacks from either side.. The longer this keeps up the worse it will be on the back end. And trust me this will go on for several more years. Jeez they just started loosening loan standards that along with the collapse in energy prices and economies around the world blowing up/strong dollar ensures very low interest rates, continued home equity and stock market gains plus new construction and job creation for at least 2-3 more years. . By the end of all this nonsense maybe late in the next presidential term the middle class will cease to exist in all our expensive large liberal coastal cities. Everybody not in the top 10% will look to the Sharpton's and Holder's of the world for a handout..
