1) Take 5 very deep breaths and exhale very, very slowly..
2) Listen to everything around you for quite awhile.
3) Be aware of every single circumstance that enters your mind.( I can't stress that enough. )
4) Stay calm, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fear.
5) You may hear birds chirping as they did in our recent past.
6) Coffee, cigarettes and, if possible, a tiny amount of cocaine will benefit you greatly.
7) Say your own name out loud. ( Your real name, not the name on your birth certificate. Whatever that might be.
8) Pay close attention to everything I've written and everything I write.
9) Think of everyone you love.
10) Share this message with them asap.
11) Both of my books are entirely true with only spiritualism being the only exception. Spiritualism is EXTREMELY TRICKY WHICH WE'LL DISCUSS AT A LATER DATE.
12) Do not try and contact me, I am EXTREMELY busy.

15) I was run over by a car in Santa Barbara in January.
