Thanks for your response.

Regarding specific stocks, I've looked at CSS again recently and find it interesting 6x EV/FCF, P/B of c. 1.0x, no debt, c. 35% market cap in cash, FCF and EBITDA fairly steady over the last 5 years - but ROIC (using FCF as % of IC, being assets - non-interest bearing current liabilities) is just c. 10%-11%, which doesn't blow me away. Am looking into it further but like what I see from initial pass, except for the ROIC. Hence my question regarding how others view ROC in the context of ostensible value (as measured by low income/cash flow multiples).
