And statistics like that are how we got global warming.

Obviously, Jan 09, and for the next several months, were when the recession was at its peak. You're going to count that? How does that make sense even to you?

The run-rate for uninsured before Obamacase had been consistently around 14-15%. That there was a temporary pop does not alter the facts.

And here is the point, YET ANOTHER ONE PREDICTED BY ME AND OTHERS:

We are now paying BOTH for Medicaid for these people AS WELL AS for primary care delivered in the ER, because doctors offices don't want ANYTHING to do with Medicaid patients because it doesn't pay.

Medicaid is a lousy way of delivering health care because it happens in the most expensive facilities in the system.
