I did a lot of cooking for the fourth this yr, and was so exhausted, I ended up in bed by 9 that night. Never again! We're having a family/friend gathering at a local beach park in August, and Mr. Costco is doing most of the cooking. I've agreed to bake my famous chocolate cake, but other than doing that, paying for the shelter and setting it all up, I'm going to relax and enjoy the day.
