I am a bit confused by your graph. Can you detail the O&G subsidies for us?

I am aware of the Intangible Drilling Costs that are just accelerated depreciation similar to the depreciation allowed for all capital investments. There the is the Depletion Allowance, which is another name for depletion of natural resources, again it is an accounting item that levels the playing field with other forms of capital investment. Are these items included in the graph as subsidies?

I am sure there are subsidies for O&G, but I am ignorant of them. Help me understand if that graph is unbiased or is slanted to make a point.

Who are Pfund and Healy? I don't recognize the names. What are their credentials?

Thanks for your help in understanding this complex issue.
