Bill RE: BVF: "the new company" (I forgot the name and I am lazy to go back to my notes during vacation) raised cash from an IPO. This PO of course was not dilutive to BVF stockholders. Then this company turns around and uses the cash from the IPO to contract R&D with BVF which in turns counts the funds as revenues! It is all in BVF last 10Q. This is an intersting way of generating revenues and very high profits as IMO BVF is not putting a very large effort into this research.
