If predictions are even semi-accurate that the pharmaceutical industry will double (from present $265 billion/year) over the next five years, then companies like TCLN should be able to get JV and partnering money. The following URL from Smart Money Mag. illustrates the growth potential of pharmaceuticals (p.s., not sure whether it is accessible to non-subscribers, however).
