Eyecarrot Innovations Corp (EYC-V) is pleased to announce, effective immediately, the appointment of Dr. Brent Norton M.D.,M.B.A.,ICD.D as President, CEO, and Director of the company. Adam Cegielski will move to Chief Product Officer, and Director of the company.
Dr. Norton is an accomplished leader in the Life Science industry with significant experience as a Founder, President, CEO and Director of several successful Life Science companies. Having completed his medical training at McGill University, Dr. Norton subsequently obtained a Masters of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business and is a certified director from the Institute of Corporate Directors. Dr.Norton was recently President and CEO of MedCurrent Corporation, a private Health IT company, was a founding Director of Novadaq Technologies Inc. (NDQ-T), as well as holding several other Executive roles and Directorships. He is presently an Advisory Board member for the Ivey Centre for Health Innovation; is a Director of Alpine Ontario, Past President and Director of the Osler Bluff Ski Club and an Advisory Board member for Eve-Medical.

He has built commercial licensing relationships with two of the top five medical companies in the world, directly managed IP development, IT development and product sales, company and IP acquisitions through to out-licensing and outright sales", said Adam Cegielski, Founder of Eyecarrot. "His experience in healthcare roll-up strategies will be invaluable to our company, and his leadership will be paramount as we continue to build out our team".
