Allen I am bullish on wind, but one question still bothers me and unless I missed it (I was out of town for a period of time), I don't think it has been adequately answered.

Why does a company do a reg s filing to receive funds and then announce they are going to do a repurchase of their own stock? One explanation for the seeking of funds was to invest in other promising technologies. Did they change their mind and determine that their own stock was a better value? Was the structure of the financing so favorable that it makes sense as well as the repurchase? What is the logic of these moves by management? I need a lesson in corporate finance. Thank you.

Bruce
