Hi Tim and all. Tim, would you please tell me how you determine if a stock has an appropriate amount of volatility for scalping purposes? Are there certain criteria you use, and if so, what are they? And is there a way to systematically screen/search for volatility?

Screening stocks for volume and price is necessary and easily accomplished, but I don't know of a method for screening for volatility - other than to simply look at a chart. But that's a time-consuming process. Is a quicker method available?

Thanks,

Ice
