Hi Bob,(This is from Nancy) The Lord says that the Old Covenant will not be obsolete until Heaven and Earth pass away.If you are basing the destruction of the Temple in 70 ad as the time that the Mosaic law was disolved, then how would you explain the time between the first Temple and the second. There were no organized sacrifices but we see Daniel praying 3 times a day in place of the required sacrifice times. This was accepted by God for Daniel was highly esteemed.Did Judaism cease to exist during this time? The law of Messiah is a fullfilment of the Mosaic law Matthew 5:17-19 with a perfect sacrifice forever. Romans 11 says that, they(Israel) are enemies of the Gospel on YOUR ACCOUNT, so boasting about there seperation from their Messiah is not a wise choice.Gods gift and call are irrevocable!!!!
