To the individual who posed the questions about the "what if's"
and legal implications of passing false information....I dont
understand what specifically you are asking or what you would like
for me to look into.

To the individual asking about where I find the block trades, just
watch the tape with the time and sales log of transactions. Some
thing you have to pay a good amount of money for in a package with a
service.

As far as the question about the .19 cent stock. how much are you
trying to buy. what is the offer price. If you are trying to buy
stock in the middle, you are not obligated a sale by the trader
unless you attempt to buy at the price offered. you may be executed
in the middle if the trader is also working a sell order thus only playing the middleman and making some pennies doing so (easy free money). In his case he is not working an order thus feels he does not want to short you the stock in the middle, and carrying over a naked short position and putting himself in jeapordy of not being able to cover due to lack of supply coming from the market. Could be a good sign. I need more information. leave your email address next time. and lets leave NHMCf the subject in this board.
