Clarification can take many forms my friend, from minor additions designed to bring clarity all the way to something vague needing more language, or, as this is, the opposite end of the spectrum, ............................a forced restating of information that fundamentally negates what was previously stated AND in this case, a point made of the inappropriateness of their big announcement that potentially and in fact , benifited the stock price directly. It is legal speak for retraction in this situation.
They were bitc* slapped across the face by regulatory officials and TOLD where the pricing information would be appropriate to be revealed, and it ISNT this way.IT IS IN A PEA! In other words don't do it again, Caphiche? Spin it how you like, they got schooled!
On second thought, I guess its out there now, for all to speculate on, so ........what did it cost them? Only self respect I suppose. |
