AILe: Thanks. I feel a little better ! I read it in the latest SEC Form 10Q under:

Liabilities & Stockholders Equity

Current liabilities: 9/27/97 ... . 6/27/97
Line of credit ..... $----- ..... . $3,738

Its very early within their 10-Q

You noted the value of inventory. I have no formal understanding of a company's economic reports. Just gut level, could the non-DV type capture cards (M-JPEG) have dropped in value compared to the newer DV type format capture cards ? Isn't TRUV focusing a lot more on high end desktop non-linear markets versus the consumer market ? The high end market is where the high margins are, right ? Even though I own/use the Targa1000 Mac PCI card it only cost me $1500 and it came bundled with Adobe 4.2 to boot ! And that was a card that TRUV used to sell for a much higher prices. So maybe the older boards have dropped in value ?

BTW: I read somewhere that Panasonic and AVID are working on a native DVpro non-linear system. Both would still compete with each other on it too. Still I wonder if TRUV is tied to this apparant Panasonic/AVID co-development relationship ? I'm no expert but is TRUV ahead of the game regarding DVpro native boards ?

BTW #2: I read also (somewhere) that Discreet Logic was working on developing a HDTV 4:4:4 non-linear editing system. I wonder too if TRUV has any developments regarding true HDTV boards ?
