I started my post with the statement you answered your own question.

"The only difference I see is ZEN is using the term "long-term price", while CCB used "indicative pricing" and "real-time pricing".

While the difference you point out is significant, there is another, Zen called the valuation an estimate.

Trying to make Zen look bad is not going to change investors reaction toward CCB. It is a deflection strategy and a bit childish to stamp your feet and say" why can they do it but we cant"

The Company overstepped at the least and misled at the worst. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it was a damaging mis-step.
