They cost themselves 4 million with that mis-step. Easy fix, file an RE, File a PEA. Support it with your price point, watch the stock rocket, no questions.

Haven't you said both are coming at the same time, and shortly?? I don't know behind the scenes, but my take is that IROC probably wants them to quit doing end an around on their process.

I know you know the ins and outs of the process, because you have in the past explained how the regulatory works for a 43-101. It is a step by step process designed to prevent unscrupulous companies from creating wild expectations. I'm not saying CCB is doing that, but they got ahead of themselves in my opinion and got slapped down for it.

As far as my "defence", I don't need one, I didn't create the cap loss, I am merely stating that it was plain English for anyone to read and most likely didn't get corrected because of its wording being within acceptable boundaries.

A little beyond the pale to suggest IROC is shorting CCB, dont you think?
