I'm sorry but that does not provide any proof of your assertions and as someone who, during my career, has dealt with the public on the phone I'm not surprised that the phone went silent when you yelled at the person answering your call. From what you say about your behavior I would have done the same thing. Did it make you feel any better after you finished shouting or did you spend the rest of the day grumbling to yourself?
