When you have 100+ Schedule D transactions, you need to start early figuring out future risk/reward ratios, tax liabilities...and in general, now is the time to re-adjust various things financially. And I am spending some money. The Mercedes is finally getting here January 3rd, 1998 -- per my custom order. Unlike some stocks I know, it is unlikely that I will wake up some morning and the E320 will be worth half as much...don't you think? Speaking of re-adjustment, I am planning on doing a writeup on "Stocks for 1998", and it is likely MRVC will be included favorably. If you guys remember, an earlier writeup of mine was featured in an online newsmagazine. The 4/96 split was 3-for-2, and the 8/96 split was 2-for-1, right? I'm having trouble finding info on the 4/96 split, as far as the exact date and payment. I looked in Edgar, but it was being unfriendly...and the annual report I have is electronic and apparently corrupted. Anyone help or I will call the company on Monday...? Dan
