Yankees are not qualified to make that determination.

Only people from the South who know something about living here have any understanding of this issue.

If you want to take about the way Yankees have abused blacks over the last 50 years, you can talk about that. But if you want to talk about the southerners who have fully accepted blacks, and the blacks who have been welcomed by southerners, then you are simply not qualified.
