Congressman Sessions believes a Y2K Czar must be appointed even though some of Clinton's past Czars have failed.

Does anyone recall one of Clinton's Czars that has not failed? (I actually would like to know!)

I think Bob Bemer proposed Gorbachev as a world-wide Y2k Czar. If we get what we deserve, watch out for Yeltsin. :-)
