I would say the abuse that would come from letters being allowed would be wide spread and followup and enforcement would be difficult. I would say that the advantage a market player had from leaked info is a differrent issue I would say that it is a reality that even graphite mining experts have a difficult time guessing the future price of any single high end graphite to within 50 %.that may be a pain but it is what it is. In this case the "realtime pricing" and "indicative " cause added problems because they have a clear meaning in other industies which is not consistant with the meaning in this news release. since the NR was put out in good faith they are saying just do not do it again
