Do not forget that all logic is temporarily suspended in Avant!World, the "E" ticket ride that lasted 2 years. A long strange trip its been.

Nevertheless, time is running out while the courts make sure they get it right. Judge Whyte and the civil legal process is not equipped to deal with the world of software and the short cycles of product revs.

This was not the best decision for Cadence, but the outcome of the decision is still very, very serious for Avant!. A gift horse for people looking for another chance to short.
